WorkControl Studio Management Software for webcam built according to the classical model: its architecture consists of two complementary parts: user and server.

The server part of the webcam studio management software

The control panel of the models, designed for administrators and moderators. According to the hierarchy, the super administrator (owner) is the highest position, assigning rights to other users.

Super Admin Features:

• appoints moderators and administrators;
• grants and / or restricts their working rights;
• controls the work of all employees (optional).

Contains three items:

Time tracker

• Tracking useful and non-useful working time of models (by one or a selected group).
• Tracking complete/uncompleted model work shifts.
• Managing/editing shift duration.
• Working time reports for individual models and groups of models.
• Visual graphs of reports.

Screenshots

• Viewing images of working computer screens of models.
• Saving screenshots taken at a specific time.
• Storage of images (screenshots).

Keylogger

• Combinations of buttons on keyboards of each user of the system.
• Search for specified phrases and words among keyboard shortcuts.

Settings

Setting fields

Here you can configure the calculation of useful and non-useful time, as well as change the parameters of screenshots, their frequency and quality of images.

Account constructor

Editor of models accounts: here you can remove or add columns and lines.

Client database constructor

• Editor for managing client databases in models accounts.
• The constructor of models' personal accounts.
• Ability to add columns, rows and blocks.

Employees

• Lists of software users (models, moderators, administrators, etc.).
• Display of settings/accesses for each user.

Employee groups

• Uniting users (models from different offices, moderators, administrators) into groups.
• Defining general settings and accesses for members of each group.

Payroll calculation

• Calculation of the amount of money earned by a specific model or a group of models.
• Settings for the percentage of deductions, commissions.
• Settings for adding bonuses, payment of advances.
• Calculation of the amount of money earned.
• Earnings filters for different models.

In the "Bulk changes" item, you can correct data at once for a whole group of users.

Wiki-documentation

Wiki-documentation is the database of the company's knowledge. The functionality is very similar to the well-known Wikipedia. Only this Wikipedia is closed and access to it is possible only for those employees who have it set in the settings.

If necessary, you can give the model access to the account on the server side (this option is selected and assigned individually). This access is configured by the administrator and allows the model:

• to enter her account without the client side;
• to access certain data outside of her account;
• the administrator determines the list of those IP addresses from which the model will be able to use these rights.

Client interface of the webcam studio management program

Equipment: personal computer/laptop.

Operating system: Windows.

Getting Started Data: username of the model's personal account and password for entering the account. (Personal login data, login and password are saved in the cloud storage and are transferred from the server when requested for authorization).

Autorun: at OS startup (by default).

Closing the program: through the task manager (the option is available only to the administrator, the model cannot close the application on her own).

WorkControl client interface functionality

Consists of several functional parts:

Main page (control panel)

• Work timer in the form of an interactive scale, which is filled in as the model works out the time allotted for the shift.
• List of used (running) sites during the shift.
• Taking notes of breaks (break time and duration).
• Indication of extraneous sites, if such were launched during a model's work shift.
• Additional information - notes that can be entered manually (replaces the Windows "notes" application and transfers all information to the cloud).

Notifications, news, information

• One-way communication with the model from the admin (news).
• Personal notifications for the model (messages).
• Notifications can be sent to one model or a group of models at once.

Messenger

• Personal chat of the model with the administrator. Two-way correspondence in real time.
• Group chats of models, models and the administrator, or of the selected group.
• The messenger can be used to resolve operational issues, as well as during trainings and/or webinars.

Work sites (access)

• List of working sites (individual for a specific model). Direct links to sites are hidden.
• Lines for entering logins and passwords to enter sites (it is possible to implement an option with hidden logins and passwords, i.e. with automatic login).

Model customer base

• A table containing the full amount of data: a member's nickname, his contact details (email, Skype, nicknames, etc.).
• Data is added manually by the model, but can be formatted by the software administrator.

The application receives all data from the server after entering the login and password, that is, the data is not stored on the working computer.

Invisible software functionality.

After the program starts automatically, it monitors the model's operation in an invisible (background) mode by default:

• screenshots of the desktop;
• online timer;
• reading keystrokes.

Data is directly transferred to the server.
